SWOЇ.media is an independent media outlet about Ukrainians in Europe who, after moving, refuse to become a smaller version of themselves.
We write about careers, business, environment, events, and the new professional presence of Ukrainians in Europe. Not as “success stories” or as the drama of migration. But as a real process: complex, uneven, and mature.
We are interested in people who are building their own: work, business, name, connections, communities, new rules of the game.
Who are we looking for stories?
We are looking for Ukrainians in Europe who are building businesses, changing careers, launching projects, creating events, working in creative industries, education, culture, services, technology, or simply going through an important professional transition.
We don't need a perfect story. We need a living story that has solutions, experiences, and honesty.
What is important to us?
1. Don’t “start from scratch”
We don't believe in resetting experience after moving. Experience doesn't disappear - it needs to be translated into a new market, a new language, and a new environment.
2. Not just adaptation
Adaptation is important, but it shouldn't be the end goal. We're interested in how people not only adapt, but also grow, influence, and reclaim scale.
3. Environment as a force
SWOЇ.media collects people, texts, events, and conversations that help Ukrainians in Europe see each other and build new connections.
